Women's SRF Silent Retreat
Schedule
The practice of silence allows one to interiorize the mind. Thus silence is maintained at meals and throughout the retreat. There will be a brief social period at the beginning and end of the weekend. All group meals and events are in the upstairs room of the Estate House.

Saturday
6:00 AM Rise and shine (awake and ready!)
6:30 Energization Exercises, outside
7:00-7:45 Meditation
8:00 Light breakfast
9:30 - 10:30 Meditation
10:45 Yoga stretch and beach walk
12:00 Lunch
Free Time
2:00 -3:00 Inspirational Service
Free time (Meditate, read, hike, beach walk, etc.)
5:00 Supper
